our Fit 4 Mom group coaching allows our moms to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment.
Your kids are welcome into the gym and are encouraged to use the gym as their own playground while staying outside of other Mom's working spaces. Our Fit 4 Mom class allows for our Moms to train without finding childcare, the class also helps the child socialize with other kids.
In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery: Mobility drills and corrective exercises to improve and maintain joint mobility and function; Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout. The Workout of the Day (WOD)– which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more. At Total Ice we design your program to improve ‘functional’ movements, things you do on a daily basis.
