Our Group Classes 


Regular Class

Our group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery: Mobility drills and corrective exercises to improve and maintain joint mobility and function; Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout. The Workout of the Day (WOD)– which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more.  At Total Ice we design your program to improve ‘functional’ movements, things you do on a daily basis.

Age 15+ 

Mom's Class

Kids welcome under parental supervision 

Designed for new moms, the Moms class is a program to promote a healthy, active recovery for participants in their first years postpartum. Babies are welcome to join their Mom and stay within their shared space on a mat or in a seat.

Designed for adults aged 55 plus, the Strength and Conditioning for Older Adults is a program to promote a healthy, active and independent lifestyle for participants in their senior years.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @8:30am

Kids Fitness 

Total Ice Training Centre is proud to announce our Total Kids Strength and Conditioning!


This class will give kids the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of lifting, gymnastics and overall strength and conditioning in a fun interactive environment.
