Train With Us!
Our group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery: Mobility drills and corrective exercises to improve and maintain joint mobility and function; Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout. The Workout of the Day (WOD)– which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more. At Total Ice we design your program to improve ‘functional’ movements, things you do on a daily basis.
We understand that adapting a new fitness habit is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
